We chose it because: it looks comprehensively at wellness and healthy food, promoting a culture of awareness towards ourselves and the world around us.

It is a space of 1,200 square meters dedicated to wellness, soul searching, meeting with other cultures through dance and advance bodywork, open since 1999 in the heart of Bologna.

At Centro Natura you can find a vegetarian organic restaurant, a gym with certified instructors on different disciplines, both Eastern and Western, focused on respect of the body, a relax space with sauna and state-of-the-art treatments based on contact techniques from all over the world, cultural events, training courses, meetings etc.

Sport Natura, that runs the gym at Centro Natura, joined since its beginning the project of Emilia-Romagna region and the Municipality of Bologna to create ethical and safe gyms.

Whoever endorses the code of conduct commits to run their business according to general conduct principles oriented to health promotion and to comply with principles of equity and non-discrimination of customers, providing access that facilitates inclusion of all citizens and focusing their business and products in line with a healthy and mindful nutrition.
